After signing up, go to Dashboard → Add Account. Choose your account type (Checking, Savings, Credit Card, etc.), enter the name, currency, and current balance. You're all set!

We use military-grade AES-256 encryption at rest (same as banks) and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your sensitive financial data like account balances and transaction amounts are encrypted in the database, not even our staff can see them without your permission.

Only YOU. Your data is encrypted and only accessible when you're logged in. MoneyDiary staff cannot view your balances, transactions, or financial details without explicit permission from you (e.g., for support debugging).

Visit moneydiary.io/delete-account (or Settings → Account → Delete Account). Sign in, confirm the warnings, and permanently delete your account. Your data is removed immediately.
